What is a bleed?

A bleed is when the images or text touches the edge of the paper.

How does Design Services work?

Design Services is an option offered to work with our in house graphic designers in achieving your perfect design. Most products have two different packages offered for design work. These can be found under the Design Services page or under the Design Services tab on the corresponding product page.

How does Variable Data work?

Variable Data is the process of personalizing a letter or a piece of mail to the specifics of the individual receiving it. Variable data includes the recipient’s name, address or any other specific information pertaining to the client that is a part of your database. Start with a dependable mailing list, or we’ll create one for you!

What is a proof?

A proof is a sample of the printed document you must approve or request alterations in order to start the printing process. Depending on the time it takes to get the product completely proofed may delay the printing process.

How do I approve a proof?

What resolution must my files be in?

Print ready files must be at least 300 dpi. It’s important to note that in most cases, images saved from the internet typically do not print well.
