Evergreen offers turn key print and mail services. We design, print, fold, insert, address, and mail your campaign based on the best available US Postal rates. If you already have a printed mail piece, we will fold, insert, address and deliver your mail to the post office.

Database Services
Evergreen provides comprehensive list and data services using a combination of automated and manual management tools to keep your lists scrubbed and free of duplicates. Lists are processed through the National Change of Address (NCOA) system and DVP or Delivery Point Validation.

Tab Sealing
Self mailers that open at the top require 1 tab seal in the center. When the mailer opens at the bottom, 2 tab seals are required. This is required by the USPS to ensure your mailer is properly sealed, and that your mail will arrive neatly and professionally.

Automated Mail
Using bar coded addressing, your mail is delivered faster. It saves time and money because it reduces postage by 33% compared to presorted standard mail, and 51% compared to first-class mail.

Addressing
We will print your addresses directly onto the mail piece providing you with a professional looking mail piece.

Booklets
New postal regulations require 3 tab seals. Letter size mail that is stapled or stitched must have 1 tab on the lead edge or left side, and 2 on the right side of the booklet.

Inserting
Evergreen uses mechanical insertion for all standard/stock envelopes. Evergreen also provides hand insertion for special or non-stock items.
