Pensacola Printing and Direct Mail

Mailing Lists

A Mailing List is the single most important element in a direct mail campaign. Evergreen lists are designed and managed by experienced staff using advanced software to scrub, validate, and error check before a single piece is mailed. All lists are processed through the National Change of Address (NCOA) system to ensure Delivery Point Validation. We clean and enhance existing databases and help to identify criteria for new customer lists. If you can paint a picture of your ideal consumer, Evergreen can build a list filled with prospects.

Occupant List

Consumer List
Define Your Target Consumer! Select by age, gender, new home buyer, boat or RV ownership, income, ethnicity, presence of children and much more.

Business List
If You Sell Business to Business, This is Your List! Select by Zip Codes, Cities, Counties, States, radius to your selected address, SIC #, Sales Volume, Number of Employees and much more.

Professionals List
Do You Sell Products and Services to Licensed Professionals? Select from doctors, chiropractors, dentists, lawyers, insurance agents, real estate agents, massage therapists, nail techs, hunters, cosmetic surgeons, veterinarians, nurses, etc.

NCOA
If a business, family, or individual submits a change-of-address to USPS, they add their change of address information to the NCOA database. Our lists are processed through the NCOA, ensuring your marketing mail is getting into the right hands.

Delivery Point Validation
DPV goes beyond validating that an address is correctly formatted and within a valid range of addresses in the USPS data file. DPV can validate that a mailing address does exist and is a valid destination for a mailing or package.

Automated Mail
Automated mail makes it possible to process large volumes of mail quickly & efficiently - reducing the expense associated with the creation and distribution of each mail piece.
